I am reading the "instructions to reviewer" now... I'm looking for that paragraph where it is stipulated that "the reviewers are allowed to openly lie and ignore what is written in a proposal"... I mean, there must be a rule like that

Thanks for the information, very helpful :) Talking to a friend now, the really bad part of this is that it's certainly not easy to recycle this proposal to other calls, given the format is so specific and it doesn't share much similarities with other calls (to my knowledge). Any thoughts on this?? ...
