Do you think these evaluators are selected based on where the host institution is located or its more of random selection?

People who changed to Ranking, can you check in the normal (not magic link) portal follow-up if your project still consists of 3 documents or it got merged into a single file? and what is the date in the corner of that pdf file, did it change from October to something more recent? Its still 3 separ...
