I think they might publish the results as soon as they hear back responses to all those ethical questionnaire they'd sent out. Thats just a guess.

we are actually getting these ranking statuses because those applicants have submitted their ethical issues

everyone got 'final' after the application was submitted completely by the 9th Sep 2020.
