Is there anyone knows the criteria of Seal of Excellence? I found a statement "The Seal of Excellence is a quality label awarded to MSCA applicants whose proposals scored 85% or more, but could not be funded due to budget limits. " But 85% or more is not a clear criterion, right? Thanks! It is quit...

I thought so, but in some sections who scored 27% has already been founded. So I guess it is not that clear....

My scores are Excellence 4.9, Impact 4.4, Implementation 3.8, it is a great pity that I did not pay enough effort in the implementation part.
