If knowing the results in advance from a leak you had nothing to do with is a crime, then so is announcing on twitter that the results are out when they aren't. Now that's a crime. Yes, agreed. What can I say? I feel a bit down, so many weekends and evenings spent writing that proposal, and then you dont make it :/

I have asked both. I was "failed" in both answers, but with different scores. So I asked them for the title of the proposals, and they gave me two different titles. One of them was correct (including host institution), but yeah.. still failed! hahaha see you next year on here then!
