Hi guys, since I started this topic I will share my experience for future MSCA applicants in the reserve list. I was 5th in the reserve list of the IF-ENG panel and I got the invitation letter a few days ago (November 2021). Best wishes!

Also you need to get above threshold, I guess you need to have e a score above 70 to reapply, below 70 you have to wait for one year, and then reapply. a question to those who resubmitted after getting the Seal of Excellence : did you mention it in your CV? if so, did you get the funding? I scored 88 this year and I want to apply again in September but hesitate whether to mention SoE. I wonder how the reviewers regard this fact, as an achievement ...

It seems those in the top 5 get funded but there are chances also for those in the top 10. I am 19 in the reserve list, So I know it would be impossible, unless an good amount of funding becomes available out of the blue. This sounds promising! Have you found any statistics of this in last calls?

Is there anyone knows the criteria of Seal of Excellence? I found a statement "The Seal of Excellence is a quality label awarded to MSCA applicants whose proposals scored 85% or more, but could not be funded due to budget limits.
