Rejection finally received. Faster than expected. :D In the Excellence part, there are a lot of contradicting comments. Most of my weaknesses also that with the word "Although". Although this is very well addressed, it does not... For a few things I do not really know what I could have done differe...

Received a rejection letter, below 70%. So evaluation, ranking theory is true. Really, the referees made all the comments they could for taking out marks, with no supporting evidence but just general comments. It's frustrating... ! And also they didn't really have the time to read it and their comme...

Is there any chance widening fellowships were not announced?

That's good (kinda), it at least means you weren't below 70%.

Come on ! It’s very hard to believe I got below 70% ! I have a really well written proposal addressing all points ! Maybe the idea is not ground breaking, but I cannot accept it that went below 70%

Just received the rejection e-mail. Evaluation seems pretty, pretty fair. They raised points that were really something I worried about in the excellence part, but some others I was not expecting in implementation. Very good. Will talk to my supervisors and prepare for the next call. Wish the best ...
