Did anyone from Brazil here get it? it was my second attempt (in the first I got 93.5%) and now 95%. I was hopeless because the project was not properly reviewed, but it was approved. I did read somewhere in their litterature that things like gender balance etc. can be taken into account for equal scores...

quick question - is our result a only a result of the reviewer's "grades" or is there a phase where the European commission actually has a bit of influence (i.e., judging which projects are more "interesting" for Europe from an economic point of view etc.) ?
