I agree. I believe that “Ranking” indicates >70%.

Still in Evaluation. Is anybody here from "PF - SOC" that she/he is in Ranking? I read in some comments that being in Evaluation means that the proposal is above 70 but not above 85, is this valid or just speculation and/or lucky guess?
