I received a rejection too, from PHY EF. Last year with a similar proposal I got 90.6, this year after addressing the minor comments I got 77 xdd
So I don't really know xd Very dependent on the referees you get assigned I guess.

One question: In case you are awarded a fellowship, how much time do you have before you accept it, in case you are waiting for some other thing? That's a good question, and I don't know.
