The "phase" is not. You're either submitted, evaluated, ranked or informed... we do not know much about what it means though.

Hey all, we've just got an email from our NCP about all results coming out on Monday 14th.
Having a talk with them, they do not know the results yet (or they at least pretend very well, haha).
