No, I didn't. 2 hours after the portal changed, I got an email about the Declaration of Honour. Other 2 people reported the same on the Whatsapp group.

I do not know what says or what changed, i am Just saying that when before i was opening the link, i could read the Word "ranking" on the right side of my Page and line Number 3(or 4) now Is on the left and a line up or down. So It Is a very idiotic thing, i am Just wondering which...
