I got GAP email as well. I was on 27 in reserve list (ENG panel).

I understand the Commission is issuing withdrawal notices to UK hosted proposals this week. Invitations to reserve listed applicants will follow next week. We are hopeful of getting two reserves in the engineering panel funded. Good luck all! I think Commission sent rejection notices to the UK-host...

Nothing from my NCP (Finland).

Just received a reply from my NCP:
"I was just informed that as the GAPs have now been signed, the possible reserve list candidates that will receive funding will be informed any day now (if they have not been informed yet). I am interpreting this to mean that you should know by the end of May."
