Nope, nothing yet. Last year the news came around mid-May. Earlier deadline this year, but almost identically scheduled interviews.

Estimating from previous years and the notifications for StG results, I would guess the CoG emails will come during next 2-3 weeks or so.

I don't think that the institution will be informed before the candidate but I don't really know.
