Due to this whole episode feeling depressed.
as still in evaluation phase and most in evaluation doesn't make it worrying me lot.
lost of exceptions were on this fellowship. but kind of unprofessional behavior not expected from such develop society.

all links are working but at very slow speed

People posted times in forums here, and elsewhere, the times were in the middle of the night (1AM, 2AM, etc) how would one know then at what time they started sending them? Yes, but when did they start sending the notifications? You might have received at 1:34pm but maybe they started sending at 12...

Now today only two possibilities either they update data of ranking or publish the result directly.

I think whatever we are seeing is all out of date information. Current information is still not updated in system
