Being a bit picky, we had the deadline at 17:00 September 12th, so they should be only allowed to send all the notifications by tomorrow 17:00 at the latest...

Maybe what they meant by delayed is respect to today, which seems like a date that some of the NCPs had (and that info probably coming from inside sources too). I do not think that they are going to delay the notification after the 12th. If so, they must do some public communication since all offici...

At least that was the case last year: a very high percentage of people here got the fellowship. I'm new here and already got ranked on Tuesday. ST-CHEM panel.
