Yes, but I am asking if those scores we will be getting soon are given by the expert reviewers or they are finalized by internal review process after receiving the expert reviewer reports. I am sorry if you discussed this already somewhere in forum but I have a simple question:
I know that the expert reviewers write strength-weakness statements and give scores. But are those scores final or are they finalized after another (perhaps internal) review?
