What I can say is it is so subjective and completely lottery. Their comments are completely bullshit. They even judge my scientific knowledge, fuck me. WTF with the reviewer and give me such a low score. Is this your first attempt? yes, what I can observe from the report is they keep saying blablab...

Its clear. Notification goes from lower to higher IDs.
Evaluation = Clear Rejection!
Ranking = Acceptance/Reserve/Rejection.

Got info from a colleague's home institution (Poland). Cut-offs for standard fellowships: 93.00 MSCA-IF-2018 ENG 92.40 MSCA-IF-2018 ENV 93.60 MSCA-IF-2018 LIF 92.60 MSCA-IF-2018 MAT 90.80 MSCA-IF-2018 PHY 92.60 MSCA-IF-2018 SOC According to my score, this seems to be true. All this seems to be true!
