Can you check your 2019 submission the way it was described on the previous page, to download 2 parts and CV separately? Proposal only shows up as one document ("sealed proposal") without the emblem. As for the current call, I have the emblem (Oct 6) for part 2 and the "full" one but not for part 1...

I am on the 2019 call reserve list. Both the ESR & information letter have the emblem. ESR dated 16/01/2020 and letter dated 04/02/2020. Guess the Oct 2020 date will change soon... Does someone know how the reserve list works? i.e. do they redistribute all the withdrawn fellowships among all the panels or someone from your own panel must fail so that reserve list moves upwards?

I am also GF-CHE!!! Reserve list...
