Question: which NCP should be contacted? The one where you potential host will be or the one where you come from?

This is certainly a big failure to have info leak in this way while giving no indication when they will release the results. I cannot beleive

I can download but I cannot open the sealed proposal. It may be that they are definitely uploading the reports.

I am also RANKING since Tuesday.

My NCP wrote to Brussels and the response is as follow:

“The results will be communicated in the course of next week”

Based on this it is very unlikely that the results will be launched this Friday. I think, it is likely they will launch by Monday instead.
