It seems those in the top 5 get funded but there are chances also for those in the top 10. I am 19 in the reserve list, So I know it would be impossible, unless an good amount of funding becomes available out of the blue.

Yes, I'm on the reserve list for CAR - third position. I really hope this turns out positive and that I won't have to wait until oct/nov for an answer.

I contacted my NCP yesterday morning. Got an answer the same day. Usually if you are in the top 10 you have credible chance to get it.
