SOC here as well. I didn't use illustrations in mine - i tried to but i'm better with words than visualizing. My host gave me a couple of successful SOC proposals for reference and a lot of them actually didn't use them either. One of them didn't even bother to break up the text with paragraph break...

Did "my project" option for other people appear first and then be removed? I think adding the "my projects" to the profile means that the person has received the award. Guys...I noticed that "My Projects" and "My Expert Area" appeared on my portal. Any idea what this means really? The same thing happened to me the other day. But then, after a few hours, it disappeared! I feel like it's a good indication because they're meant to appear once you get funded, i think?...
