And by the way, any evaluation process is very personal if reviewer like your proposal you will pass in opposite failed.Just same like peer reviewed process in scientific JOurnals.

Yes my friend, could be very very speculative. As I text up I supervised 2 PhD thesis,but e.g I have 7 first authorship papers. And some stupid reviewers could type like YES,CV is OK,but with enough first authorship papers. And at the end FAILED.

From my point of view, this is very speculative to make decisions regarding just publication records. For example, in my case, I have had in RSC and ACS journals (not JACS :)) over 20 publications in sum, but for me essential is the fact that I supervised two PhD thesis with 34 years. Yes last year evaluation was under two stage first on 12.JANUARY and secound one at 24.January.Like some rule all people who have had evaluation status at 12.Jan all of them were rejected. In the case 24.Jan many of them gotovo it and also was on reserve list.
