It's my wild guess more extra money must be available as this is last year of H2020.

This is what we all hope but who knows how they decide to allocate leftover money..

A new update of signature in system today, I carefully count the list, only 87 proposals have no signature information now, it is hopeless to be funded from the reserve list for me.

Which list did you go through?

My guess is that they are busy launching this year MSCA "Postdoctoral Fellowships" - they changed name - on May 27, and reserve list people will start getting emails after that.. just a wild guess.
