as I also understood that I'm rejected, asked Dreamer (many thanks!) got 88.2 in CAR panel, rejected. Note that last year I was below threshold with the very same project. I sent it unchanged just because I know it is good and the reviewers' comments were unhelpful and ridiculous. And well, it seem...

I am from what was once called "a third world country" and not even here results are announced that way - before everyone gets the e-mails.

Bad evaluation for many, bad informing. Seriously, this is a bit too much.
