First time applicant here, 93% and in the reserve list, EF-ENV panel. In one of the sections, the reviewers have not read the answers with care, and I lose out 0.5 (or 2 marks in total). As far as I know, you get SOE if you score 85 or above. You should get it with 86. Maybe it's mentioned somewhere in the evaluation papers? I hope so for you! no nothing that sort written.
