My host institution just told me they do not know anything, so I do not think all hosts know. It probably depends on how confidential with the info the NCP of such country is.

My NCP does not provide the information as it is confidential until it is announced officially.

a few days ago we were sharing our first digits of the ID numbers and the lowest was 831XXX, so this is why. Why do we assume that 831xxx are the first id? Last: it seems they are "already sending emails with results". Do not know if this is true, but if someone gets it, just drop a line here please...
