Roughly 1200 people will get the fellowship, I don't think the number of people ranking here is that high.

I don't think this applies to the MSCA. It is one stage and reviewers give a score for each part when they evaluate.

National Contact Point and European Commission I'm checking other years, conclusions: In 2020, ranking was on Jan 28. NCP had results in Jan 29. EC informed all in Feb 4t. There are people who remain in Submission and got the grant. You can move from Evaluation to Ranking and come back to Evaluation...
