They fucked up this year. That is for sure. that was exactly my thought! To be honest... as soon as they inform us on the 12th, they are not f.. up anything... Let's look at the issue from a different perspective! If they had been able to report the results about two weeks prior to the official date...

I was checking last year. Apparently they had problems with the server at exactly 6pm on the thursday. Then they all got panicked and thought the results would appear friday. Eventually they appeared monday.

There is no way that this many people will fail to get the fellowship. I hope this phase shit does not mean anything...

Relax. They won't even notice... You were tortured with this? No way they are going to reject you based on this insignificant error. Most likely they will not even notice. I completely agree with this. I think the rest of the proposal was decent, especially for a first timer, but I assume one cannot...

This is ideal. But I am not sure if this is how things are done. I think the CV introduces a certain level of bias to the evaluations during the scoring part. Applications are checked for eligibility. Then proposals go to evaluators who score them according to the research criteria we all know about...

Exactly! Results are always before the final deadline. With my (previous) research group we won a RISE (which is one of the MSCAs) and the results arrived two months before the final deadline. The EU works like Ryanair: they fix the arrival time in a way that they can horn the trumpet and saying "we...

Does anybody know if the proposals are either illegible or didn't pass 70% will enter into the 'RANKING' procedure? and what is the purpose of 'RANKING'?
