should we first go to the ranking phase?

it is not even in ranking phase. maybe next Monday!?

hi folks.
mine is still in evaluation phase.
does anybody know how long it takes to go from evaluation to ranking and then finally outcome?
maybe no hopes for this Monday.

my status has also changed to "evaluation".

it is my first trial to get this fellowship. seems for the new applicants, there are not that many chances.
no clues with this magic link or possible releasing date. but seems we are approaching X day.
