It’s probably a random version of one of the progress statuses that you get when you hover over the progress bar when styles are enabled. I went to evaluation completed 0%, then refreshed to page to see what would happen and then went to accessions completed 0%. Maybe it’s actually to do with where ...

Mine now says preparation 0%. Guys don’t read too much into this. You’re going to drive yourselves crazy.
