From last year, yes, they send email for the result by proposal ID. roughly around 500 proposals per hour :) 833-838 --> Ranking 842-844 --> Evaluation Yes, here 842XXX and still in Evaluation. It looks like the change is happening by proposal ID So would these folks get results first then?

statistically, only 4 or 5 will win
