I think, unlike last year at least, there were quite a few ppl (incl. me) who remained at "submission" for Mar 1 (Tue) and jumped to "ranking" on the morning of Mar 2. Some (not me) have spotted a quite fast transit of "submission - evaluation - ranking". This makes me wonder if this year is differ...
