There are only 104 finally signed agreement for CAR. What's your Rank in reserve list?
I am on 12th Rank for RI and for my information 11-12 people did not sign. Let us hope for the best.

Till today: 1314 projects with project ID starting with 1010 signed for grant agreements

Yes, you are alright. But, they have started offering as funded projects are now reached 1634.

That's why, I have written. These are funded projects. It gives no information about grant agreement signed projects.
