That seems correct. And several of us who had previously had good scores went <70 on a resubmit.

Agreed - Dreamer has shown this community amazing generosity two years in a row.

Yes, it’s true that the lottery is good reviewers. But in my case this year I changed my project a little because of a bad review and this is the result - a big drop in score.
