May I just say that I find it questionable - and this is putting it mildly - that an applicant has access to this kind of confidential information? My evaluation report is 3.9/4.5/4.1 and it is a really good comment. How did you find out, did you contact your NPC or did they contact you?

everybody should just expect nothing, or rejection. realistically: not ranking = you are rejected <70% (maybe 20% of all applicants at max) ranking = you are above 70% and compete with around 60-90% of all applicants, i.e. you have a chance to get it of maybe 15-30%. so just relax. i expect nothing...
