Yes we cannot know for sure anything, we will always find a reason to feel anxious. I am stuck in submission and I keep wondering if it is a bad thing too! Yeah, I remember a few years ago ranking was done in 2 batches and the ones who ranked earlier ended up getting rejected and the ones who ranked...

I am GF, CHE as well and I am still in submission.

It might be that people who is eligible for the grant get this section included before any notifications are done, in which case people like me (who do not see that section) would not get it.
