Hey with all those 2nd places in reserve list still no news?

Not how it works.
Comments are shown to reviewers only AFTER they have made a decision, and if the score is lower than the previous submission.
Previous scores do not influence reviewers.

I guess those are host institutions involved, as for global they are exactly twice as much as the submitted proposals (for GF you have EU and extraEU institutions).

Best to ask your host institution, otherwise have a look at the grant agreement.

I was first in the reserve list for the MAT panel.

I just heard from the NCP that they started to invite the first (so far 5) from the reserve list. But the whole process is rather slow so it might take until December.

Interesting, did they mention specific windows for sending letters?
