Bad news, I was told that the result woundn't be out till next week at the earliest

The good news is that the "pressure" on Twitter was fruitful. The bad news is that "before the end of March" is vague as a Kafkaesque hell . I used to see a picture describing the MSCA result annoucement with one detail "Excellence 5, Impact 5, Implementation 0", as sour as it was, it made me laugh

I think "finished" means the project itself is finished or not, but not for the application.
