The guidance for evaluators states not no check if the proposal could be excellent/funded following corrections but to score it as is. Yes you're right, I think any submissions after Feb 14th would be things like copies of submissions to internal ethics boards, confirmation that the university/inst...

I guess my first assumption is correct...I think you got it or atleast you are in ranking list. I'm not sure that it's that simple... I believe I have a good proposal (it is my third submission), but you never know. I suppose once the results are announced we can revisit and see if such assumptions...
