1630 researchers funded https://ec.europa.eu/research/mariecuri ... ts-2020_en but already 1631 listed here: https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tende ... ca-if-2020

I've read that this year 1630 proposals were funded - signed are so far 1616 , so only 14 without signature so far, according to https://ec.europa.eu/info/funding-tenders/opportunities/portal/screen/opportunities/topic-details/msca-if-2020 ...not much hope for the reserve list then this year I guess?!

Let us see what they update on 9th May. But, I personally know one who declined to sign agreement. But in 1403 list, it shows no information.

to which panel applied this person that declined to sign the agreement? Please tell me it's CAR...

I asked my NCP this week if there's any update. He noted that he'd know more only in May when the grant signing period has finished. So I guess after May 10 someone might receive an invitation.
We still have to be patient...
