My UK Professor said that too many people got the grant here so they have to figure out how much the UK needs to pay! I thought Roman Abramovich offered to pay? Isn't it horizon? But it was before UK government blocks the sale of Chelsea... Maybe he changed his mind or he doesn't have enough Russia...
