I am the same. They suck out all the joy from me. I am behind work, missed deadlines, anxiety in the roof... I just can't anymore. I will do a mental work to set the deadline for march 31, to try to cope and move on with my life... I just can't anymore... Ugh. But this is probably the best strategy...
