I think it's more likely that some NCPs get themselves into the whole mess of communicating results to people, while others prefer to stay out of it and let the applicants find out on their own through the platform or when they finally receive their email.

I know of someone who got accepted in France and got their email this morning. There are definitely people getting funded (and informed) in France.

Yes ok, but independently of who leaks. My consideration is that, it is not plausible that Italy and France have no winning applications. This may mean that not all winners have received yet their email?

I applied in France, no email yet, but from the secret source here I know that I won't get it.

I also do no understand that. It sounded like resubmissions are limited depending on the points you got. But does that just mean that you can not call it a re-submission but do a NEW submission, or do they want to ban people?
