What was the threshold for ST-LIF? Can't really find the info at the portal.

Also, I'd need to change the country and find a new host if I'd like to reapply due to mobility criteria since I already joined the host to work on different project. Does anyone have any advice with that?

Rejection < 70%. Was still in evaluation. Now the status is "information". (proposal:true, finished: false)
Regret wasting the summer writing this grant!

Did anyone get rejection letters from the CAR panel?

But there were people in CAR on this forum who did receive the acceptance email yesterday. So I guess there are only the rejections left. :?

There was a message about this (by LIF20Rose) yesterday:
Hi, I have been accepted for the widening fellowship but on the reserve list for the main call. I have received only one email but had two letters in my portal: one about the reserve list but a second one about the widening call. So I believe you should receive both results in one. Wish you good luck

I found it very disheartening how many "rejection" messages I have sent in the last days :( To all the rejected people, take heart, and also take some time to process the rejection (with a glass of wine or a bottle even :D ) but then move on. Have in mind, academia is tough, and this will not be your last rejection. On average the success rate of a PI is around 10 -15 % (that means that out of 10 proposals you write, it is high probability that only 1-2 will be funded).

As someone who has experience on both sides (as a candidate and a reviewer), I know that rejections are hard and can feel personal, but again have in mind this is just one (or three) people's opinion about what you wrote, not about you or your research. And while many reviewers try to be as objective as possible, there are also the ones who are not as good at it...

Take some of the advice from your reviews, but also disregard the ones that seem like nonsense to you, and then try again!

Finally, it was so much fun reading all the speculation about the Dream Team :D :D I loved all the theories, they made me laugh! I will try to be a part for the next year's call, and maybe help with some advice about the proposal writing, or even reviewing some of your proposals ;)

Until then, keep fighting! <3
