Does it make any sense to talk about resubmission this year? I mean, I’ll send a proposal with same host and same supervisor, of course same tópico but with some considerable changes thanks to reviewers comments. So, is this still resubmission even though the funding program is totally new?
I guess so, because usually in the online form, there will be a question of " Will similar proposal has been submitted to previous year/call", If answer is yes, then further questions will pop up and based on the answers we provided, it will show whether the proposal is considered as resubmission or not ??.
Anyways, this year's online form is yet to out, so we have to wait and see !!

Well, I am not sure. But I believe that if it is a resubmission, the reviewers should at least look at the previous corrections.

I am not sure where, but I remember I read something about this and reviewers are strongly advised not to take into account previous evaluations... does anyone else confirm?

Hello guys, I was wondering if someone could clarify this for me.
I am living permanently in Greece for the past few years but my main occupation is in the UK for 3 years. Would I be eligible for a PF in a Greek HO under these conditions? What's the paperwork involved with proving residence?
Thanks

Templates already on the website!
A few changes, but not big ones. Good. I did not see anything about resubmissions, but I have to say that I did not look for it too much...

I read in the previous MSCA-IF guide that previous ESR will only be considered if the score is lower for the re-submission and there might be a re-evaluation.
I am re-submitting this year, however I have just noticed that the template has changed quite abit from previous years with new headings. Does anybody know if this template just be used for this year or is as of next year that it should be used?

Hello guys, I was wondering if someone could clarify this for me.
I am from Tunisia (an Horizon Europe Associated Country) and obtained my PhD in 2009 (12 years). Would I be eligible for a PF in Germany under these conditions? Last year I got the seal of excellence, score: 87.5%.
- At the call deadline, supported researchers must have a maximum of 8 years fulltime equivalent experience in research, measured from the date of award of the doctoral degree
- For nationals or long-term residents of EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries who wish to reintegrate to pursue their research career in EU Member States or Horizon Europe Associated Countries, years of experience in research in third countries will not be considered in the above maximum.
Thanks
