So whoever is in "evaluation" is out?

I've said it a few pages avobe, idk this year but the last two years some people got funded being on evaluation status. Last year I believed the info in this magic link and I didn't make it so I thoroughly doubt we can obtain any trustworthy conclusion just by looking at the status. Just my humble opinion...

Since my NCP told me that I got a rejection then this might be correct.

Based on number reported here,
the changes to ranking on first march happened only up to 4 pm and after that the change in phase was not reported.
Then, started next morning around nine.
It is possible that all winners changed on first march and the rest on second march.

We don't know if they really got the results at the time, your NCP told you that quite early while pissed off. So the probability that it was just because ha was angry is not negligible. And you told us that you did not gave him your project id.

How long we will have between the results announcement date and the grant agreement signing? I mean how long can we think about accepting the grant? Just in doubt, because the MSCA is not the only thing in play….
