Hehe so you joined the madness of the magic link?
Are you in evaluation as well?

Same here, still in evaluation. I have read in past thread that it is not known what the timeline of status change means. I guess it depends on whether they begin uploading rejected proposals' scores, after having concluded the whole ranking, or if they first upload successful proposals. We can't know this, in my opinion.
Re: 2022 Marie Curie Postdoctoral Fellowship (HE-MSCA-PF-2022)
I followed the forum also last year, and to my understanding there a was a sort of "trend" in the timing of status change and the success of the application: candidates that switched to ranking earlier tended to be more often funded than candidates that switched later. So the idea is that the sooner you switch to ranking, the higher the probability of getting funded. But I don't think anyone actually ran statistical tests on this association, so it remains a matter of faithCGN wrote: ↑Thu Jan 26, 2023 2:07 pmSame here, still in evaluation. Thats what we all thought last year, we even made a joined google spreadsheet to put all the data together. However I very well remember when the results came up and people started commenting when they changed to "ranked" and there were early rankers and late ones.michelef wrote: ↑Thu Jan 26, 2023 3:33 pmI followed the forum also last year, and to my understanding there a was a sort of "trend" in the timing of status change and the success of the application: candidates that switched to ranking earlier tended to be more often funded than candidates that switched later. Yeah I remember the spreadsheet, and also that reports were quite mixed when it comes to the timing of the ranking status... But still, we need to have faith in the ranking status even in the absence of evidence

Same here. I spent half of the year preparing the proposal with my potential host. I received the news that I was not selected as another fellowship (backup plan) recipient this week. This means, if I fail to get MSCA, I have to find another professor, and worst scenario, it will take at least half a year to find a postdoc position. I fear for my future now.Kaepirinha wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 11:45 amGuys, I start to feel nervous about the results..come on..they have already evaluated...publish them!
