there is some update going on, as in the grant management portal, the 2nd blue arrow above informed (with the time left 135/153 etc) is missing for me today (sometimes it appears shortly and goes away).
my guess is they are updating the status currently behind the curtains.

From the past 2 years, usually, it's after 3 pm (Brussels time)..

I wonder if THE LINK is frozen this year, after the frenzy it caused in the last couple years. And I think it's funny that even though we rationally know that we are most likely not going to get our results before February 11th, we are still checking it. Are there studies linking a scientific profession to OCD behaviour?

I think it may be frozen to avoid the madness of previous years.
