Budget for ST is few time higher than GF. ST is lot cheaper than GF as well

Last year statistics
~24% of ranked proposals were funded for standard IF. Cut was at 90%.

I don't think that means anything. If I remember correctly, yesterday the website was also unavailable at that time.
I'm still hoping to get an answer today. I'm not sure I will be able to survive the weekend without an answer!
